Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred but not required
Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes

Job Duties

Receive and inspect quality of incoming produce and food supplies
Wash and prepare vegetables and other ingredients according to Din Tai Fung standards
Cut produce to standard sizes with precision and consistency
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned by supervisor
