Job Duties
- Prepare and portion ingredients for recipes to ensure line cooks have everything needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas to comply with health and safety standards
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management to avoid waste
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures meticulously
- Support kitchen team by timely delivery of prep items to line cooks
- Help monitor quality of food products to maintain Yard House standards
- Participate in deep cleaning tasks and support overall kitchen maintenance
