Job Qualifications
- Two years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure station is ready to work at scheduled time in proper uniform
- Work with brisk and steady pace, stay organized and avoid unnecessary steps
- Demonstrate 100 percent recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting in any production step
- Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and conduct portion control tests
- Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness, practice clean-as-you-go
- Achieve productivity measured by quality and quantity of work completed in specific time period
- Stock supplies before rush, demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Collaborate effectively with team members
