Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for menu items such as chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and measuring portions
- Ensure kitchen and line are properly stocked with necessary items before and during shifts
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist chefs and line cooks as needed to complete food orders efficiently
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of prep areas
- Support team members by communicating effectively and working collaboratively
- Participate in inventory management and report shortages or quality issues
