Job Duties
- Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring safety and sanitation standards
- Properly use and maintain all kitchen equipment
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- Safely operate a commercial dish machine and manage the use of cleaning chemicals
- Restock supplies and move efficiently between active cook lines
- Complete cleaning and organizing duties accurately and on time
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or Kitchen Manager
