Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred but not required
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices beneficial
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
good communication skills
positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

Receive and check the quality of produce and food goods
wash, cut and prepare vegetables and ingredients according to Din Tai Fung procedures
prepare, assemble, close and steam dumplings
maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and cooking areas
adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
maintain a clean, groomed and professional appearance
collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation
