  • minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a prep cook
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • commitment to adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • store products properly in walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer
  • keep dry storage organized
  • maintain the dishwasher station throughout the day
  • assist with other kitchen duties as assigned
  • commit to industry-leading food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • work collaboratively with team members
