Job Requirements
- minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a prep cook
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- commitment to adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- store products properly in walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer
- keep dry storage organized
- maintain the dishwasher station throughout the day
- assist with other kitchen duties as assigned
- commit to industry-leading food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- work collaboratively with team members
