Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • one year experience in a kitchen environment
  • basic knowledge of baking and dessert production
  • strong attention to sanitary practices
  • ability to lift 40 pounds
  • ability to work standing, walking, stooping for extended periods
  • flexibility to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
  • adherence to grooming and dress code standards
  • ability to work within a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to produce high quality food in a fast-paced environment
  • one year minimum experience in a kitchen environment
  • basic baking and dessert production skills
  • strong knife skills
  • strong knowledge of sanitary practices
  • maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
  • ability/accommodation to travel to and from work in a timely manner
  • work ethic that encourages a strong sense of urgency and quality in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Assists in the preparation of cut vegetables, salad prep, and hot/cold sauces
  • production of baked goods and a variety of desserts
  • always maintains an organized sanitary workstation
  • properly label and date food items for storage
  • uses cutlery, kitchen equipment, and machinery
  • assists in the delivery of prepped food items to a variety of locations throughout the arena
  • assists with truck deliveries and proper stock rotation
  • minimizes waste by following established production techniques
  • follows approved recipes and production standards
  • other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or the Director of Food & Beverage
