Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand and lift weights up to 50 lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and organize food preparation according to recipes
  • Prepare scratch-made food items ensuring proper measurements
  • Maintain high food quality standards and adhere to shelf-life guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Clean as you go and maintain organized workstations
  • Assist kitchen staff in daily operations and expeditions
  • Support team members to foster a collaborative kitchen environment
