Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in a kitchen environment
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and reach constantly
- Must be able to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
- Employment availability from mid-September through April or possibly May
- Ability or accommodation to travel to and from work in a timely manner
Job Qualifications
- Ability to produce high quality food in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of one year experience in a kitchen environment
- Basic baking and dessert production skills
- Strong knife skills
- Strong knowledge of sanitary practices
- Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
- Ability or accommodation to travel to work in a timely manner
- Strong work ethic encouraging urgency and quality in a team environment
Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation of cut vegetables, salad prep, and hot/cold sauces
- Produce baked goods and a variety of desserts
- Maintain an organized sanitary workstation
- Properly label and date food items for storage
- Use cutlery, kitchen equipment, and machinery
- Assist in the delivery of prepped food items to various locations throughout the arena
- Assist with truck deliveries and proper stock rotation
- Minimize waste by following established production techniques
- Follow approved recipes and production standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or Director of Food & Beverage
