Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in a kitchen environment
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and reach constantly
  • Must be able to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
  • Employment availability from mid-September through April or possibly May
  • Ability or accommodation to travel to and from work in a timely manner

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to produce high quality food in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of one year experience in a kitchen environment
  • Basic baking and dessert production skills
  • Strong knife skills
  • Strong knowledge of sanitary practices
  • Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
  • Ability or accommodation to travel to work in a timely manner
  • Strong work ethic encouraging urgency and quality in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of cut vegetables, salad prep, and hot/cold sauces
  • Produce baked goods and a variety of desserts
  • Maintain an organized sanitary workstation
  • Properly label and date food items for storage
  • Use cutlery, kitchen equipment, and machinery
  • Assist in the delivery of prepped food items to various locations throughout the arena
  • Assist with truck deliveries and proper stock rotation
  • Minimize waste by following established production techniques
  • Follow approved recipes and production standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or Director of Food & Beverage
