Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and quality standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Coordinate and organize scratch-made food preparations according to recipes and standards
- Ensure proper measurements and ingredient quality
- Maintain shelf life and food safety standards
- Clean as you go and stay organized during shifts
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Support teamwork and assist other kitchen staff as needed
- Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and reaching
