Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation or related kitchen duties
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing and lifting
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables
- cut meat and prepare other basic ingredients
- undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces and parboiling food
- prepare simple dishes such as salads and entrees
- maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- take out trash and manage kitchen waste
- assist kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
