Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food preparation is a plus
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • must be able to stand for extended periods
  • available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic understanding of food safety practices
  • must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • follow recipes to prepare and portion menu items
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • manage inventory of prep ingredients
  • support catering and special event food preparation
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
