Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience working in food service environment
- high school diploma preferred
- verbal and written communication is essential
- experience in dealing with customer service problems
- basic mathematical skills
- food handlers permit as required by law
- brand certification as required
- ability to remember menu items
- ability to operate point of sale systems
- ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods
Job Qualifications

- experience handling customer service issues
- basic math skills for cash register operation
- valid food handlers permit
- brand certification as needed
- ability to memorize and promote menu items
- proficient with point of sale systems

Job Duties
- Prepare, serve, sell, and maintain food and beverage items
- take orders and receive vendor deliveries
- clean food items and work areas
- greet guests courteously and friendly
- follow recipes and practice portion control
- maintain kitchen/station setup including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- handle, store, and rotate products properly
- complete shift prep sheets and checklists
- maintain and clean machinery and equipment
- manage perishables stock, cutting, and storage
- perform cleaning tasks to meet health standards
- organize and clean work and storage areas
- communicate with manager upon shift start and end
