Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic food handling and safety certification preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong work ethic
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures

- previous experience in food preparation preferred but not required

Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- follow recipes, procedures, specs, and techniques
- assist in receiving goods
- conduct daily inventory of prepared foods
- maintain proper storage and rotation of products
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening and closing duties
- complete side work tasks each shift
