Job Requirements

  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • basic food handling and safety certification preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • follow recipes, procedures, specs, and techniques
  • assist in receiving goods
  • conduct daily inventory of prepared foods
  • maintain proper storage and rotation of products
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain proper temperature of equipment
  • perform station opening and closing duties
  • complete side work tasks each shift
