Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare Italian dishes from scratch following recipes to produce consistent results
- Complete prep lists and manage station during shifts
- Rinse and cut raw food products
- Portion products accurately and ensure beautiful plate presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Adhere to sanitation and food handling standards
- Stock food supplies as needed
