Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
- reliable and punctual
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- basic culinary knowledge
- ability to follow recipes precisely
- experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
- good knife skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision

Job Duties
- prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring
- ensure proper portioning and labeling of prepped items
- follow recipes accurately and consistently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas

- assist with kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- support cooks and chefs as needed during service
