Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a prep cook or in food preparation
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to handle various kitchen tools and equipment
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina for standing and lifting

Job Duties
