- Must be 18 years of age or older
- previous line cook experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Set up and stock food items and supplies for service
- prepare ingredients and sauces according to recipes and standards
- cook food using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods
- maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including proper food storage
- assist with inventory checks and complete food storage logs
- communicate clearly with chefs and team members on the line
- perform other duties as assigned
