Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years cooking experience, preferably high volume
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Pre-employment drug test and background check required

Job Duties

  • Join our team as a Prep Cook and be a part of creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests
  • As a Prep Cook, you will work alongside a team of passionate chefs to prepare fresh and delicious ingredients for our menus
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring to ensure readiness for cooking and plating
  • Assist in assembling dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Support cooking processes by following established procedures and maintaining proper food handling techniques
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Organize and stock supplies, ensuring ingredients are stored properly and inventory is managed efficiently
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service flow
  • Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen operations
