Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for recipes including chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
  • Cook soups, sauces, pasta, and other menu items according to recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen prep area
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures and standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff with additional preparation tasks as needed
