Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for recipes including chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
- Cook soups, sauces, pasta, and other menu items according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen prep area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures and standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with additional preparation tasks as needed
