Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and dressings
- Follow recipes and directions from chefs to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Assist with inventory, labeling, and proper storage of ingredients
- Support line cooks and chefs during service as needed
- Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines
