Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality industry
  • ability to stay calm in high stress situations
  • ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • ability to read and follow recipes accurately
  • food handlers card or willingness to obtain food handlers certificate
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders and food processors
  • willingness to follow directions and receive feedback
  • strong attention to detail
  • availability nights and weekends
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • prepare food recipes correctly
  • always follows supervisors direction
  • keep food prep flowing continuously
  • communicate with team members
  • keeps workstation stocked, clean and organized
  • follow all servsafe food handling procedures
  • handles, stores and rotates all product properly
  • maintains a positive and respectful approach with everyone
