Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • basic computer skills
  • positive attitude
  • ability to multitask efficiently
  • able to maintain a flexible schedule
  • complete ongoing training and certification programs
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • able to work in varying temperature conditions
  • frequent hand washing
  • ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals

Job Duties

  • preparing meats, fresh salads, vegetables, dressings, sides, etc.
  • handling and portioning items accurately and safely
  • labeling, dating, rotating and storing all items produced
  • ensuring all food items meet quality standards
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization in prep areas
  • assisting with inventory management
  • adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
