Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- basic computer skills
- positive attitude
- ability to multitask efficiently
- able to maintain a flexible schedule
- complete ongoing training and certification programs
- ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- able to work in varying temperature conditions
- frequent hand washing
- ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals

Job Duties
- preparing meats, fresh salads, vegetables, dressings, sides, etc.
- handling and portioning items accurately and safely
- labeling, dating, rotating and storing all items produced
- ensuring all food items meet quality standards
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in prep areas
- assisting with inventory management
- adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
