Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients such as soup, sauce, pasta, and lasagna according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the prep area and kitchen
- Follow all safety and food handling protocols to ensure team and guest safety
- Assist chefs and cooks with various food preparation tasks
- Measure and portion ingredients accurately for consistent food quality
- Monitor inventory levels of prep items and communicate supply needs
- Support team members in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
