Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, proteins, and sauces according to recipe standards
- Execute foundational cooking tasks including roasting, blanching, and making stocks or doughs
- Assist with mise en place preparation to ensure readiness for service
- Organize and store food items properly adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, tools, and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment
- Support the line team by preparing and replenishing mise en place during busy periods
- Receive and check deliveries, properly labeling and storing inventory
