- six months of experience in a volume institutional or military cooking environment or an associate's degree from a culinary arts school
- ability to work full time with varying shifts

Job Duties
- prepare raw and cooked foods for cooks, short order cooks, and bakers as needed for daily service
- manage food production operations in the kitchen
- ensure client and customer satisfaction through quality food preparation
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards during food preparation
- communicate task status and timelines to internal clients
- collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement
- assist with inventory and stock management as required
