Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • six months of experience in a volume institutional or military cooking environment or an associate's degree from a culinary arts school
  • ability to work full time with varying shifts

Job Duties

  • prepare raw and cooked foods for cooks, short order cooks, and bakers as needed for daily service
  • manage food production operations in the kitchen
  • ensure client and customer satisfaction through quality food preparation
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards during food preparation
  • communicate task status and timelines to internal clients
  • collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement
  • assist with inventory and stock management as required
