Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, proteins, and sauces according to recipe standards
  • Execute foundational cooking tasks including roasting, blanching, and making stocks or doughs
  • Assist with mise en place preparation to ensure readiness for service
  • Organize and store food items properly, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, tools, and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment
  • Support the line team by preparing and replenishing mise en place during busy periods
  • Receive and check deliveries, properly labeling and storing inventory
