Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to follow health and safety standards
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Must be able to work in person

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station and work area
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to support efficient kitchen operations
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure guest and team member safety
