- food handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing safety and sanitation test

Job Duties
- Aid in the creation of menu additions
- perform tasks in multiple kitchen areas including setting up and closing stations, cooking, re-stocking, preparing recipes and ingredients, inventory management, operating dish machines, and cleaning
- control cost and waste
- ensure attractive food presentation
- monitor food quality including temperature, taste, and appearance
- train and provide guidance to staff on culinary techniques
- provide outstanding customer service to dining guests
