Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class 12 or 13 MAST permit through the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board

Job Qualifications

  • Exceptional guest service skills required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior cash handling experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of a 24-hour, 7 day a week operation preferred
  • Skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure conditions desired
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment desired

Job Duties

  • Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner
  • Expedites and delivers orders to guest orders, also fills to go orders as needed
  • Keeps work and service areas stocked, organized, clean, and well maintained
  • Learns and communicates menu offerings to guests
  • Operates, balances, and reconciles cash till and Point of Sales
  • Maintains confidential daily record of tips, as applicable
  • Communicates any guest concerns or compliments to a supervisor as soon as possible
  • Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines as applicable
  • Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
