Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class 12 or 13 MAST permit through the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior cash handling experience is preferred
- Knowledge of a 24-hour, 7 day a week operation preferred
- Skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure conditions desired
- Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment desired
Job Duties
- Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner
- Expedites and delivers orders to guest orders, also fills to go orders as needed
- Keeps work and service areas stocked, organized, clean, and well maintained
- Learns and communicates menu offerings to guests
- Operates, balances, and reconciles cash till and Point of Sales
- Maintains confidential daily record of tips, as applicable
- Communicates any guest concerns or compliments to a supervisor as soon as possible
- Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines as applicable
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
