Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes including salads, sauces, sides, and appetizers
  • Slice ingredients and carve meats and cheeses according to recipes and chef guidance
  • Portion, wash, peel, slice, and combine vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients
  • Measure and blend ingredients to create dressings, sauces, salads, and various dishes
  • Adhere to food safety practices including hygiene, proper handwashing, and use of gloves
  • Follow safety, health, and sanitation regulations and report unsafe conditions
  • Maintain cleanliness and wear a clean, well-maintained uniform
