Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes including salads, sauces, sides, and appetizers
- Slice ingredients and carve meats and cheeses according to recipes and chef guidance
- Portion, wash, peel, slice, and combine vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients
- Measure and blend ingredients to create dressings, sauces, salads, and various dishes
- Adhere to food safety practices including hygiene, proper handwashing, and use of gloves
- Follow safety, health, and sanitation regulations and report unsafe conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and wear a clean, well-maintained uniform
