Job Requirements

  • previous experience in food preparation preferred but not required
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties

  • Adhere to company standards of cleanliness in all areas of the facility
  • prepare ingredients for menu items including chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
  • ensure proper use of chemicals and kitchen equipment
  • complete all kitchen operations checklists in a timely manner
  • demonstrate proactivity in exceeding guest and team expectations
  • observe and follow food safety and sanitary practices
  • stock and organize concession and restroom supplies
  • perform tasks flexibly beyond assigned roles
  • complete training and attend required classes
  • take out trash as needed
  • comply with cleaning and maintenance requests from management
  • greet and assist guests, answering questions and providing hospitality
