Job Duties
- Adhere to company standards of cleanliness in all areas of the facility
- prepare ingredients for menu items including chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
- ensure proper use of chemicals and kitchen equipment
- complete all kitchen operations checklists in a timely manner
- demonstrate proactivity in exceeding guest and team expectations
- observe and follow food safety and sanitary practices
- stock and organize concession and restroom supplies
- perform tasks flexibly beyond assigned roles
- complete training and attend required classes
- take out trash as needed
- comply with cleaning and maintenance requests from management
- greet and assist guests, answering questions and providing hospitality
