Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience working in food and beverage or customer service role
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests clearly, respectfully and professionally
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Ability to calculate basic math functions related to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory

Job Duties
- Assist setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon pre-order
- Ensure all assigned suites are set prior to event based upon communication received of orders
- Organize and prepare events in assigned locations
- Assist in closing out financials per event and ensure correct billing takes place
- Monitor and maintain food quality
- Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory control and fulfill product requisition
- Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
- Supervise the service of beverages including alcoholic beverages and check guest IDs
- Observe guests to respond to additional requests
- Ensure suites have all necessary serving ware
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Demonstrate excellent attendance
- Ensure location equipment is operable and clean prior to event
- Recognize visibly intoxicated guests and take action to cut off alcohol
- Perform other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
