Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
- Must be flexible to work all Angel Stadium events including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Pleasant, courteous demeanor and enjoy working with people
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations
- Ability to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service
- Ability to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Report for scheduled events on time and report to assigned area promptly
- Fulfill opening and closing duties as directed by management
- Ensure frontline staff complete duties to company quality standards
- Resolve guest issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure supplies are stocked to set par levels and work areas are clean
- Complete required paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a leadership presence in dining room, bar, and kitchens
- Work as a team with associates and other service departments
- Perform and complete tasks assigned by management
