Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
- Must be flexible to work all Angel Stadium events including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

- Restaurant experience is required
- Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Must be able to maintain positive body language and provide consistently positive guest service
- Must be able to make decisions independently without immediate supervision
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Report for scheduled events on time and be present in assigned area punctually
- Fulfill opening and closing duties as required by management
- Ensure frontline staff complete their assigned duties to the quality standards mandated by the company
- Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all supplies are stocked to set par levels and maintain cleanliness of work areas and outlets
- Efficiently and accurately complete all required paperwork
- Maintain a consistent leadership presence in dining rooms, bars, and kitchens
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team with other service departments within the club and stadium
- Perform and complete tasks assigned by management
