Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
  • Must be flexible to work all Angel Stadium events including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to obtain California Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
  • Restaurant experience is required
  • Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Must be able to maintain positive body language and provide consistently positive guest service
  • Must be able to make decisions independently without immediate supervision

Job Duties

  • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
  • Report for scheduled events on time and be present in assigned area punctually
  • Fulfill opening and closing duties as required by management
  • Ensure frontline staff complete their assigned duties to the quality standards mandated by the company
  • Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all supplies are stocked to set par levels and maintain cleanliness of work areas and outlets
  • Efficiently and accurately complete all required paperwork
  • Maintain a consistent leadership presence in dining rooms, bars, and kitchens
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team with other service departments within the club and stadium
  • Perform and complete tasks assigned by management
