Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of relevant experience in a fast-paced dining or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must comply with state and local health regulations for food handlers and alcohol service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety policies
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Must have two to four years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
  • High school diploma required, some college preferred
  • Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Able to read, maintain information, and perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, writing and understanding English
  • Ability to move quickly and act within established production and service time frames
  • Maintains personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance
  • Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
  • Capable of standing, kneeling, lifting up to 30 pounds, carrying items, pushing carts, walking fast, and bending down

Job Duties

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area
  • Oversees and participates in stand set-up and closing procedures including inventory counting, preparation, and cleaning
  • Ensures all workstations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
  • Orders replacement stock from runners as necessary
  • Efficiently and accurately completes required paperwork
  • Ensures all employees adhere to alcohol policies
  • Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health
  • Fills any position in the location as needed
  • Works with stand personnel to count ending inventory, clean equipment, and organize stock at closing
  • Knowledgeable of POS system including voids, credit card issues, and closing out procedures
  • Inputs daily event sheets and daily reports
  • Collaborates with customer service department to improve service in assigned areas
  • Conducts inventory at assigned locations
  • Handles assigned area schedules, makes changes, and posts them
  • Maintains a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services
  • Understands venue layout and assigned area
  • Provides personal service and attention to detail exceeding guest expectations
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area
  • Assures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
  • Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments
  • Works a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
