Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to lead and supervise staff
- excellent communication skills
- basic math proficiency
- available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- completion of sanitation course within first year
- ability to maintain food safety standards
- physical ability to perform standing and walking tasks for extended periods

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production to ensure safety and quality according to policies and procedures
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules and ensure food is served per menu specifications
- maintain sanitary conditions following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees to promote growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain maintenance logs for equipment
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checks
- recommend equipment replacements
- multitask effectively
- perform other duties as requested
- fill in for absent employees as needed
- manage daily catering events preparation and delivery
- work occasional night and weekend catered events
- attend food service meetings
- maintain effective staff communication
- perform cashier duties as required
- promote good public relations
