Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
  • ability to pull or push up to 100 pounds
  • ability to frequently walk long distances while pulling or pushing a cart, hot box or speed rack
  • availability to work majority of events
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior hospitality or customer service experience a plus but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work as part of a team with all associates, management and stadium departments
  • excellent guest service skills and ability to adhere to service standards
  • ability to complete all required training sessions
  • ability to work accurately, courteously and with a sense of urgency in a high pressure environment
  • ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions

Job Duties

  • Work collaboratively to ensure the successful operation of the department
  • take direction from suites manager or suites supervisor for game day responsibilities
  • participate in pre-event huddles
  • greet guests throughout the stadium to support a hospitable environment
  • verify and transport hot boxes and speed racks from/to the kitchen and pantry
  • distribute food, beverage and other service products to correct locations
  • provide quick and attentive follow up for any delivery errors
  • assist with keeping the pantry inventory in order
  • assist with keeping the pantry clean throughout the day
  • retrieve service ware from suites for return to the kitchen
  • complete opening and closing side work as assigned
  • assist with the breakdown of assigned locations at the end of the event
  • thoroughly clean and assist with pantry breakdown at the end of the day
  • check out with the pantry supervisor or lead runner at the end of the day
  • perform other duties as assigned
