Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years' hospitality management experience
- strong managerial and team-building skills
- experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing
- financial management, accountability, and budgeting experience
- ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Hire and train food and beverage team members for the suites department
- schedule, coordinate, and supervise the suite food and beverage team members and operations on event days
- provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members
- partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members
- handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
- follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures
- ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
- prepare monthly projection reports
- ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
