Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' hospitality management experience
  • strong managerial and team-building skills
  • experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing
  • financial management, accountability, and budgeting experience
  • ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • no degree required

Job Duties

  • Hire and train food and beverage team members for the suites department
  • schedule, coordinate, and supervise the suite food and beverage team members and operations on event days
  • provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members
  • partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members
  • handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
  • follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures
  • ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
  • prepare monthly projection reports
  • ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
