Job Requirements
- at least 1 year experience serving in a premium setting
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 or over
- possess valid food handling and alcohol service certificate or willing to obtain within 60 days
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends holidays
- ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service organization and time management

Job Duties
- prepare and stock suite areas and pantry with appropriate product utensils and supplies
- assist in setup and execution of preordered food and beverage items
- deliver restaurant orders during the event
- ensure pantry is cleaned and restocked after event
- read and comprehend banquet event orders
- monitor and maintain food and beverage quality
- respond to guest requests promptly
