Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 or over
  • At least 1 year experience serving in a premium setting
  • Possess valid food handling and alcohol service certificate if required or willing to obtain within 60 days
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
  • Take pride in personal appearance including neat and clean clothing and well-groomed hygiene
  • Set up food service areas within suites or club areas based on pre-orders and day-of orders
  • Ensure all assigned areas are prepared prior to events according to orders
  • Read and comprehend banquet event orders
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality
  • Monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition fulfilling
  • Show knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
  • Observe guests and respond to additional requests
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
  • Demonstrate excellent attendance
  • Ensure location equipment is clean and operable before events
  • Recognize visibly intoxicated guests and take action to cut off alcohol
  • Perform other duties assigned by food and beverage management
