Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 or over
- At least 1 year experience serving in a premium setting
- Valid food handling and alcohol service certificate or willing to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and remain focused in busy environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standard for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Take pride in personal appearance including neat and clean clothing and well-groomed hair
- Setup food service areas based on pre-orders and day-of orders
- Ensure all assigned areas are set prior to event based on order communication
- Read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality
- Monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Observe guests to respond to additional requests
- Recognize visibly intoxicated guests and take action to cut off alcohol
- Ensure location equipment is operable and clean before event
- Perform other duties as assigned by food and beverage management
