Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • At least 1-2 years experience in food and beverage or customer service role
  • Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to handle cash and perform calculations
  • Must comply with company attendance standards

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions related to POS and inventory

Job Duties

  • Assist in setup of food service areas within suites and club areas based on pre-orders
  • Ensure all assigned suites are prepared prior to events according to received orders
  • Organize and prepare events in assigned locations
  • Monitor and maintain food quality
  • Uphold company policies, safety and sanitation standards
  • Enforce safe alcohol policies
  • Manage inventory control and product requisition
  • Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menu items
  • Supervise beverage service including alcohol and check guest IDs
  • Observe guests to address additional requests
  • Ensure suites have necessary serving ware
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
  • Demonstrate excellent attendance
  • Ensure equipment is operable and clean before events
  • Recognize and cut off intoxicated guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
