Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid food handling certificate
- alcohol service permit if applicable
- demonstrated excellent attendance
- ability to work scheduled events
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management, and guests
- ability to speak, read, and write in English
- ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- possess valid food handling certificate
- hold alcohol service permit based on age
- excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and stock the pantry prior to events
- keep restaurant and catering areas clean
- assist suite attendants and servers
- set tables and reservations
- assist bartenders with stocking and retrieval of items
- deliver orders to guests
- answer phones and take orders
- clean suite work areas
- assist in suite and restaurant setup
- maintain sanitation and safety standards
- demonstrate excellent attendance
- perform additional duties as assigned
