Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or event service roles preferred
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Valid food handling certificate required
- Alcohol service permit as applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks associated with the role
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment
- Possession of a valid food handling certificate
- Possession of an alcohol service permit based on age
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and stock the Pantry with appropriate products, utensils, and supplies prior to each event
- Assist Suite Attendants and Servers during events
- Set tables and reservations accurately
- Re-stock or retrieve items needed by bartenders
- Deliver orders to guests' tables and suites during events
- Clean and restock the Pantry and Suite work areas after events
- Answer phones and take orders professionally
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Assist in the setup of Suites and Restaurant
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
