- Possession of valid food handling certificate
- Possession of alcohol service permit based on age
- Strong customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required
- Valid food handling certificate
- Valid alcohol service permit based on age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated reliability and excellent attendance
Job Duties
- Prepare the Pantry and ensure products are fully stocked and the area is cleaned prior to events
- Keep restaurant and catering work areas and equipment clean
- Assist Suite Attendants and Servers in providing guest services
- Set tables and reservations as needed
- Assist bartenders in restocking or retrieving items required for events
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guests at tables and suites
- Answer phones and take orders during events
- Maintain cleanliness of Suite work areas and equipment
- Assist in setup of Suites and Restaurant
- Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
