Job Requirements
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
- Ability to handle cash and perform cash reconciliation
- Ability to calculate basic math functions including percentages
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance
- Availability to work scheduled events
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

- Ability to perform basic math functions related to POS and inventory
Job Duties
- Assist setup of food service areas within suites and club areas based on pre-orders
- Ensure suites are set prior to events according to orders
- Organize and prepare events in assigned locations
- Assist in closing out financials and ensure correct billing
- Monitor and maintain food quality
- Uphold company policies including safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor and enforce alcohol policies
- Maintain inventory control and product requisition
- Have full knowledge of menu items and accompaniments
- Supervise beverage service including verifying guest IDs
- Observe guests and respond to additional requests
- Ensure suites have necessary serving ware
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Demonstrate excellent attendance
- Ensure equipment is operable and clean before events
- Recognize and manage visibly intoxicated guests
- Perform all other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
