Job Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent preferred
  • Age 18 or older
  • Minimum 1 year serving experience in premium setting
  • English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Valid food handling and alcohol service certificates or willingness to obtain within 60 days
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
  • Customer service expertise
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to stay focused in busy environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 or over
  • At least 1 year experience serving in a premium setting
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Possess or be willing to obtain valid food handling and alcohol service certification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a positive and solution-based outlook
  • Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment

Job Duties

  • Meet company standard for excellence in guest service and work interaction
  • Maintain personal appearance and hygiene in accordance with company policy
  • Set up food service areas in suites and club areas based on orders
  • Ensure suites are fully prepared prior to events according to Banquet Event Orders
  • Assist in closing financials and ensure accurate billing
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality
  • Control inventory and fulfill product requisitions
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of menu items and accompaniments
  • Supervise beverage service including alcohol and verify guest IDs
  • Respond to guest requests and maintain sanitation and safety standards
  • Recognize visibly intoxicated guests and take appropriate action
  • Maintain excellent attendance and assure equipment readiness
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
