Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience in food and beverage or customer service roles
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work flexible schedules including event times
- Must be personable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Must comply with all company policies and safety standards

Job Duties
- Assist setup of food service areas within suites and club areas based on pre-orders
- Ensure all assigned suites are prepared prior to events per order communication
- Organize and prepare events in assigned locations
- Assist in closing out financials and ensure accurate billing
- Monitor and maintain food quality
- Uphold company policies, safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor and enforce safe alcohol service policies
- Maintain inventory control and product requisition
- Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Supervise beverage service and verify guest IDs
- Respond to guest requests promptly
- Ensure suites have all necessary serving ware
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
- Show reliable attendance
- Prepare and clean location equipment
- Recognize and act on visibly intoxicated guests
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
